• Server logs (IP address, request timestamps) retained short-term for security and abuse prevention.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver services. Analytics data is used solely to understand aggregate site usage and improve the experience.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses Firebase Analytics and Performance Monitoring, which set cookies to measure aggregated usage. These are activated only after you grant consent via the cookie banner. You can decline at any time — declining disables analytics but does not affect site functionality.

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Performance, Firestore) — Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Brevo (transactional email for brief submissions).
• Cloudflare (DDoS protection, Turnstile bot verification).
• Anthropic Claude API (AI-powered brief intake conversation — conversations are transmitted to Anthropic for processing).
• Upstash (rate limiting).
• Heroku (hosting).

6. Data Retention

Brief submissions are stored in Firestore until we have completed our engagement with you or you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Firebase defaults (14 months). Server logs are typically rotated within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use industry-standard security controls including TLS encryption, rate limiting, bot protection, and least-privilege access to production systems. No system is completely secure, but we treat your information with the same rigor we apply to client engagements.
